Job description

Nickel Digital Asset Management is one of Europe’s premier investment firms specialising in digital assets and alternative strategies. We combine institutional-grade infrastructure with the agility and vision of a cutting-edge fintech firm. Backed by a team of world-class financial professionals, we are shaping the future of multi-strategy fund management with our Diversified Alpha Fund - a pioneering vehicle investing across a range of strategies within the global digital asset space, including arbitrage, market-making, and relative value. This is more than just a job – it is an opportunity to join a high-performing team in one of the most innovative sectors of finance, with clear growth pathways and the ability to have an impact from day one.

We’re looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst to support and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to client engagement, marketing, client onboarding and strategic communications. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and be instrumental in helping shape how the world sees and interacts with Nickel.

What you’ll do:
  • Investor Engagement & Due Diligence: Manage due diligence processes and investor requests. Respond to inbound investor inquiries and prepare tailored materials. Ensure best-in-class communication and documentation throughout the investor lifecycle.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Develop, update, and maintain investor materials: pitch decks, DDQs, factsheets, and fund profiles. Conduct industry and fund-specific research to support marketing and PR efforts. Own Nickel’s brand presence across social media and public platforms.
  • Client Onboarding: Coordinate closely with our COO and Fund Administrator to onboard investors smoothly and efficiently. Ensure full compliance with KYC/AML processes and fund documentation standards.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain our CRM system to accurately track investor engagement, interactions, and outreach activity. Generate data-driven insights and dashboards to guide the IR team’s strategy.
  • Events & Exposure: Monitor key industry events and conferences. Help secure speaking opportunities for senior management and promote Nickel across social media channels, podcasts, and roundtables.
Your technical skills and experience:
  • A strong academic background; ideally, you’ll hold a graduate degree from a good university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in investor relations, fund sales, or marketing at a hedge fund, asset manager, or other financial institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with CRM tools is a distinct advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge, passion, and interest for digital assets, crypto, and blockchain is a plus!
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary depending on experience, reviewed annually.
  • Performance-based year-end bonus.
  • 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays.
  • Private healthcare & Nickel company pension plan.
  • Daily catered meals & annual wellbeing program.
  • Team offsites, social events, and a culture of inclusion.
  • Annual training & development allowance and mentoring programme.

If this sounds attractive and a good match to your skills and capabilities, then we’d love to hear from you.
