Role overview:
As a Digital Architecture Lead, you will shape enterprise architecture strategy for our clients, guiding large-scale business and IT transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to align business and IT strategies, ensuring architectural designs support long-term goals. You will also be responsible for business development within existing accounts and acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise architecture frameworks, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with client goals
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and IT strategy
• Design and integrate complex, enterprise-wide solutions supporting business processes and technology platforms
• Manage large-scale transformation initiatives, overseeing architectural components of change
• Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks and standards
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with architecture initiatives
• Promote innovation by exploring emerging technologies and trends

About the candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
• Extensive experience designing and integrating large-scale enterprise architecture solutions
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and presenting complex concepts
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align architecture strategies with business goals
• Strong risk management skills and innovative mindset
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and certifications
