The Role
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who’s passionate about design and knows how to bring ideas to life across web, social, and print. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager.
The role is part time working 22.5 hours - 3 days per week.
This is a hybrid opportunity, you will be required to work on site at TFP Oxford Fertility as required and a minimum of once per month.
Travel to other TFP locations will be required on occasion.
The Location:
The TFP Oxford Fertility clinic was established in 1992 and is one of the UK’s longest standing and largest IVF clinics. Conveniently located in a business park situated on the outskirts of Oxford, close to junction 8a of the M40, there is ample free parking for staff and patients around the building.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build web pages in our CMS (Storyblok) that reflect TFP’s tone and aesthetic.
- Create visuals for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other social content.
- Support the design of printed collateral such as leaflets, posters, or clinic signage.
- Assist in the creation of presentations for internal use and external events.
- Bring brand consistency and creative energy to everything we publish.
- Repurpose content for various platforms while keeping messaging aligned and engaging.
- Contribute to campaign launches by turning ideas into visual concepts.
- Maintain our digital asset library and naming conventions.
Qualifications And Experience
We're looking for someone who has a strong visual eye and is comfortable delivering end-to-end content creation. Ideally, you’ll have:
Must-haves
- Experience using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word for branded documents.
- Experience working in a web CMS – Storyblok is a bonus, but not essential.
- Ability to create web-optimised graphics and mobile-friendly designs.
- Good grasp of visual hierarchy, accessibility in design, and responsive layouts.
- Experience producing creatives for paid social media and digital advertising.
Bonus
- Experience or interest in videography or photography.
- Basic animation skills or motion graphics experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare or patient-facing sectors.

Salary: Competitive (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: 22.5 Hours per week - 3 days
Hybrid - 1 day per month minimum on site
Pension: Dual contribution pension scheme
Holiday Entitlement: 27 Days + Bank holidays pro rata.
