Safran Seats GB is proud to announce the launch of its 2025 Apprenticeship recruitment campaign.
Safran Seats is an industry award-winning, premium designer and manufacturer of First and Business Class seating and technology. Our passenger experience emphasizes innovation, customization, quality, and industrial design.
We are unique within aerospace, interfacing with both the world's largest airlines and air framers, with the largest seats portfolio among seat suppliers. One day, you could be working with a major air framer, and the next, some of the biggest airline brands worldwide.
In the UK, Safran Seats specializes in First Class and Business Class seating markets for wide-body aircraft, with industrial and engineering teams based in Cwmbran and Newport, Wales.
Apprenticeships are government-funded, work-based training programs for individuals aged 16 and above (no upper age limit), combining on-the-job training with a nationally recognized qualification. The Welsh Government supports training costs through this program. The employer collaborates with an approved training provider—in this case, the University of South Wales.
This application is for a Degree Apprenticeship designed to integrate higher and vocational education, culminating in a full Bachelor's degree in Digital and Technology Solutions.
The Technical Support Analyst role supports the operations and maintenance of an effective technology stack, focusing on delivering support for the SGB business. Applicants should ideally have achieved or expect to achieve at least 3 A-Levels (or equivalent), and hold GCSEs in Math and English (Grades A-C or 4-9).
Travel between Newport and Cwmbran sites may be required.
