What we need from you:

  • A real interest in tech - You're curious about how things work and love the idea of using technology to make every day experiences better
  • A natural problem-solver - You enjoy figuring things out, spotting what's not working, and coming up with smart ways to fix it
  • Eager to learn - You don't need to know everything already. What matters is that you're open, keen to develop your skills, and ready to make the most of this opportunity
  • Adaptable and self-motivated - You're comfortable managing your time, staying organised, and switching gears when things change
  • A team player with confidence - You enjoy working with others and aren't afraid to speak up, share your ideas, or ask questions
  • Clear and confident communicator - You can share your ideas in a way that's easy to understand, whether you're speaking in a group, writing things down, or explaining your thinking to someone new

Your recruitment process will start with your online application. You'll be asked to upload your CV, cover letter, and answer some questions. Please consider what you submit as this is how we first get to know you. We're looking to build an understanding of who you are, what interests you and why you would like to become a Digital and Technology Solutions Apprentice here at Resonate.

If your application is selected, you will have an initial screening call with our recruitment team to find out more about you and why you have applied. If successful here, you will move to our formal interview stage with members of the Digital team.

We have a proposed date for an in-person assessment day on 17/07/2025 - Location TBC. Please make sure you can attend this day should you be successful.

  • Other relevant or prior experience may be considered as an alternative, so if you don't have these requirements but are interested in the apprenticeship, we still welcome your application.
  • We review those applicants without the ‘headline' entry qualifications and work with you on assessing any skill gaps.

Additional Requirements

To be considered, you must:

  • Have achieved GSCE Mathematics and English at level 4 / Grade C (or achieved an equivalent qualification)

Applicants without UK qualifications can usually meet the English requirement through employment in the UK (a minimum of 5 years continuous employment immediately prior to the start of the course is required), providing you can supply a reference from your current employer which explicitly confirms you are able to communicate effectively in English.
