Be part of Nottinghamshire Police's Communications Team as a Digital and Social Media Communications Officer!

Starting Salary: £37,692

Location: Joint Headquarters, Arnold

What you will be doing:

  • Social Media Engagement: Lead and engage social media conversations, ensuring content is engaging, responsive, and aligned with community interests.
  • Storytelling & Campaigns: Create compelling stories and support digital campaigns that build public trust and confidence, contributing to public safety.
  • Content Creation: Produce captivating visual and written content tailored for various platforms to drive meaningful public interaction.
  • Strategic Advice: Advise officers across all levels on effective communication with communities through highlighting their work.
  • Channel Management: Oversee social media channel development, including performance analysis and insight-driven improvements.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Be a proactive team player who inspires others and contributes to high-performing communications team.
