About the RoleAs a Development Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting our internal users across 60 offices, ensuring smooth operation of our custom-built business systems. You'll collaborate daily with experienced developers, product owners, and technical architects to investigate and resolve issues, manage support tickets, and continuously improve user experience.
What You'll DoProvide first-line technical support for over 1,000 users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in bespoke systems built with modern Microsoft technologies.
Identify and escalate urgent issues to management.
Log and manage bugs using Jira.
Fix data issues directly in our SQL Server database.
Gain exposure to a wide range of business-critical platforms (CRM, Mobile, HR, IT, Fleet, and more).
Communicate effectively with users via phone, video, chat, and email.
Work with a development team releasing new updates every two weeks.
Receive mentorship with potential progression into a developer role.

Essential Skills:Solid problem-solving ability
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
