Job description

Leading Investment Bank in London is looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist for an initial 12 month assignment that is INSIDE IR35.

Responsibilities:

  1. Shape and lead the marketing digital analytics strategy at a global level across measurement approach, KPIs, metrics, tagging, and reporting, aligned to business strategy and vision.
  2. Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations on Power BI and drive standardization and automation of marketing reports.
  3. Manage Asset Management business tag management and tagging strategy ensuring campaign activity is tagged across all channels for appropriate reporting and insights.
  4. Implement A/B tests and personalization initiatives using Adobe Target and Audience Manager.
  5. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills to drive development to a data-led organization.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with either Python or SQL for data transformation.
  2. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, DataStudio, etc.) to transform data and insights into visuals (graphs, charts) that can clearly address and articulate the business needs.
  3. Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  4. Experience with web tagging and CDP platforms (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, tracking pixel, etc.).
  5. Experience with A/B test platforms (Google Optimize, Adobe Target, etc.).
  6. Strong project management skills and experience in leading projects in an international organization.
