Your team:
The digital communications team at Pan Macmillan is a fifteen-person-strong team of experts covering the breadth of the digital marketing ecosphere. From metadata to SEO, data collection to analysis, paid digi ads to influencer coordination and much more, the digital communications team endeavour to touch every element of our books as they appear on the internet – and make sure that they find as wide an audience as possible.

Your role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Analytics Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the performance of our website by analysing user behaviour, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Your key responsibilities:
This is a full time, permanent role, and will be based in our offices in Farringdon, London, with some flexibility to work from home each week.
