Job description

We are looking for a Consultant to join our Advisory Services Team, primarily supporting CPG, Retail clients as well as tech and research clients. We help these firms leverage our best-in-class datasets to power their digital capabilities, ecommerce solutions, audience targeting methodologies, brand health measurement, advertising effectiveness, and web analytics benchmarks offerings.

This role will report to the Advisory Services Team Manager and will be based in London, UK.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Discover client pain points and design solutions that solve their problems using web analytics datasets.
  • Partner with the sales team to scope, price, plan, and deliver custom advisory projects.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to deliver best-in-class datasets throughout the life cycle of the project, focusing on QA.
  • Deliver world-class insights and actionable recommendations to clients through analysis of scoped project data. Outputs can be data files, PPT decks, or in-person presentations.
  • Acting as a trusted partner communicating directly with clients for the entire project lifecycle in conjunction with the sales teams.
  • Expertly manage and execute multiple projects at any time, moving them from pre-sale to post-sale, including project scoping, execution, delivery, renewals and upsells, acting as the project owner, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged.

This Is The Perfect Job For Someone With

  • 3-5 years experience designing custom solutions for clients, using data as the primary input.
  • Advanced-level proficiency in data analysis, with proven ability to translate data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Agency, Research, or Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and online user behaviors.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take business problems and design ways to solve them using data.
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust and create emotional engagement with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Discipline to manage multiple projects simultaneously with total commitment to quality and timelines.
  • Curiosity to embrace different perspectives and to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including data scientists, sales, and a range of clients across industries.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and mitigate them effectively.
  • Strategic thinking to understand issues, trends and perspectives, focusing on long-term success.
  • Problem-solving skills to proactively recognize problems and use all available resources to identify the best solution and to build proven methodology to solve similar problems.
  • High creativity to generate new and unconventional methods to approach existing issues by adding value.
