Part-Time Digital Advertising & Campaign Manager (Meta, Google, Email, SMS & Shopify)
London-based or Remote (UK time zone preferred)
Approx. 2–3 days per week, flexible hours

We are looking for a Part-Time Digital Advertising & Campaign Manager to lead performance marketing, email and SMS campaigns, and Shopify site optimisation. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone confident in running Meta and Google Ads, managing Klaviyo flows (email & SMS), and supporting seasonal campaigns through Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up, manage, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns across both brands
• Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, including automations and flows
• Maintain and update Shopify stores, ensuring seamless customer journeys and conversion-optimised experiences
• Analyse performance and report weekly on KPIs: ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, etc.
• Support the creative direction and messaging for newsletters, ads, and campaign launches
• Coordinate seasonal campaign rollouts across all digital touchpoints
• Segment customer lists for targeted and personalised communication
• Monitor platform updates, ad performance trends, and customer behaviour to adjust strategy accordingly
You Should Have
• Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads with measurable success in e-commerce
• Shopify management experience, from product uploads to homepage updates and merchandising
• Solid working knowledge of Klaviyo for both email and SMS marketing
• Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and customer retention flows
• Strong understanding of paid media, lifecycle marketing, and customer funnels
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A keen eye for brand tone and visual consistency
Nice to Have
• Background in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with influencer or affiliate marketing tools
• Experience coordinating seasonal promotions and product launches
