We have fantastic opportunity for a Digital Adoption Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the centre of a key Aviva strategic ambition of delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers and driving key operational change!

A bit about the job:

This is an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in driving our Contact Strategy delivering change that will transform our online customer experience and support operations to evolve in line with the changing needs of our customers within IWR and specifically the development and optimisation of our Virtual Assistant across IWR. A key area is driving operational efficiency through increased Digital capabilities, improving Digital adoption and making things simpler for our customers.

You’ll lead the delivery of key elements of our Contact Strategy and as such being able to set clear priorities and enable effective execution of roadmaps, maximizing effectiveness of our resources is a key requirement of the role. This means being comfortable to work with people at all levels across different functions, collaborating to deliver shared outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting and risk management
• Record of successful delivery in a complex business environment
• Ability to manage both complexity and volume of demand
• Excellent stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
• A strong network, and evidence of successful collaboration across all levels

• Starting salary circa £42,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
