Job Description:
What you will be doing
- Define and execute a digital adoption roadmap aligned with business goals and platform engineering strategy.
- Lead the rollout of digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and in-app guidance tools to improve onboarding, proficiency, and engagement
- Partner with product owners and engineering teams to embed adoption metrics into platform KPIs.
Employee Experience Design
- Champion a human-centric approach to digital experience, informed by behavioural insights and user feedback
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and business analysts to optimise workflows and reduce digital friction
- Use analytics to identify pain points and continuously improve the digital journey.
Change Enablement & Training
- Design and deliver training programmes, toolkits, and communications to support digital transformation initiatives
- Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of digital curiosity and continuous learning.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and business units to ensure adoption efforts are inclusive and scalable.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Serve as the voice of the employee in digital workplace decisions.
- Establish governance frameworks for digital adoption and experience standards.
- Report on adoption metrics, sentiment trends, and ROI to senior leadership
You will ideally have
Education
- Ideally candidates will have evidence of a STEM based academic pedigree.
Successful candidates will ideally have the below key skills & experience:
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing digital workplace technologies.
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and industry standards.
- Familiarity with DAPs (e.g. WalkMe, Whatfix), M, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in workplace analytics and feedback loops
- Innovative and forward-thinking.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across the organization.
