Job Description:

What you will be doing

  • Define and execute a digital adoption roadmap aligned with business goals and platform engineering strategy.
  • Lead the rollout of digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and in-app guidance tools to improve onboarding, proficiency, and engagement
  • Partner with product owners and engineering teams to embed adoption metrics into platform KPIs.

Employee Experience Design

  • Champion a human-centric approach to digital experience, informed by behavioural insights and user feedback
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and business analysts to optimise workflows and reduce digital friction
  • Use analytics to identify pain points and continuously improve the digital journey.

Change Enablement & Training

  • Design and deliver training programmes, toolkits, and communications to support digital transformation initiatives
  • Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of digital curiosity and continuous learning.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and business units to ensure adoption efforts are inclusive and scalable.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Serve as the voice of the employee in digital workplace decisions.
  • Establish governance frameworks for digital adoption and experience standards.
  • Report on adoption metrics, sentiment trends, and ROI to senior leadership

You will ideally have

Education

  • Ideally candidates will have evidence of a STEM based academic pedigree.

Successful candidates will ideally have the below key skills & experience:

  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing digital workplace technologies.
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with DAPs (e.g. WalkMe, Whatfix), M, and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in workplace analytics and feedback loops
  • Innovative and forward-thinking.
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across the organization.
