About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Adoption & Enablement Manager for a London Council to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing digital literacy and adoption within the organization and the wider community. Reporting into the Head of Digital & Products, this position provides the opportunity to shape the journey of digital transformation through diverse projects—from launching innovative digital tools to fostering a culture of innovation.
Main Responsibilities
The primary objective of this role is to define, develop, and deliver effective strategies and plans to optimize the adoption of new and existing technologies. The role involves developing digital skills and capabilities while encouraging a culture of innovation across the organization and externally. Additionally, the manager will oversee digital inclusion initiatives in the community and have line management and budget responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will excel in engaging and inspiring diverse audiences and possess strong communication and change management skills.
