Job summary

IAG Transform UK is seeking an experienced Ad Operations professional to own trafficking and technical setup of campaigns across digital inventory. You will manage setup from approved media plans to launch, perform QA, tagging and delivery optimisations, and collaborate with Sales, Tech & Data, and Account Management to ensure timely delivery and insightful reporting.

With 3+ years in ad operations, you will handle multiple live campaigns, ensure brand safety, and continuously optimise

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ad operations, digital trafficking, campaign operations or digital media delivery.
• Hands-on experience with ad servers, trafficking workflows, QA processes and campaign monitoring.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, tracking tags, pacing and delivery metrics.
• Experience with GAM, DV360, Kevel and PAC's OneMedia across onsite, offsite and IFE.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaign trafficking across channel platforms and ensure proper setup.
• Translate campaign requirements into technical trafficking setup.
• Configure campaigns in ad serving, CRM or digital delivery platforms.
• Validate creatives against specs, brand safety rules and UX guardrails.
• Set up tags, tracking links, audiences, placement rules and naming conventions.
• Run pre-launch QA and go-live readiness.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, errors and performance signals.
• Recommend optimisations to improve delivery and media mix.
• Coordinate with Tech & Data and OpCo teams to resolve issues.
• Provide delivery inputs for reporting and post-campaign analysis.
