Job description

Are you an experienced ad operations professional with deep technical knowledge of ad serving platforms and a passion for streaming media?

As a Digital Ad Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact digital advertising campaigns across major platforms, including YouTube, and help shape the future of ad tech in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.

What you'll be doing...

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of direct digital campaigns, collaborating closely with Sales and Planning
  • Oversee YouTube campaign implementation and reporting in partnership with the Social Strategy team
  • Manage and forecast digital inventory to support accurate media planning
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel
  • Collaborate with Programmatic and Data teams to manage third-party partners and ensure seamless technical support
  • Set and maintain campaign pricing and prioritisation to align with business objectives

What we're looking for...

  • Expert-level knowledge of ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Teads, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of ad tags, macros, decisioning logic, and third-party integrations
  • Proven experience implementing and testing digital ad technologies
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and reporting skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to create and maintain clear documentation and workflows
  • Performance-driven with a focus on accuracy, speed, and quality
