We are looking to recruit a Digital Activation Manager in our Luxe Division. In this newly created position, you will take ownership of online activation planning, digital product catalogue management, and the execution of e-merchandising and animation plans for e-retail and D2C channels across our portfolio of brands.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Build a holistic understanding of the customer and how our brands can accelerate recruitment within e-retail platforms.
- Assist with e-promotional calendars, product exclusivities, cross-selling mechanisms, and data ownership within e-commerce.
- Lead PDP excellence and share best practices across the division.
- Ensure A+ content is optimized and regularly updated to improve conversion rates.
- Review existing content for accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness, making necessary updates.
- Track key content metrics like conversion rates, click-through rates, and organic search rankings; report on content performance to stakeholders.
- Manage product listings, advertising campaigns, and content-related activities on e-retail platforms.
- Analyze and draw conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs.
- Collaborate with media managers and agencies to optimize search results for our products, leveraging qualitative content to enhance media investments and social presence.
- Maintain relationships with partners to ensure synergies between brand digital activities and online retailers.
- Work closely with internal departments (supply, category management, media, finance, marketing) to define the consumer experience, e-merchandising strategies, and performance media drivers.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a similar B2B E-Merchandising or Digital Marketing role.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify innovative opportunities and drive their execution.
- Strong communication skills to articulate a clear vision and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
