Role Overview

The successful candidate will be an ambitious Planner with solid digital knowledge, eager to expand their skills within the Planning & Client Leadership team. Responsibilities include supporting senior digital and planning leads, managing client relationships, and developing expertise across various digital channels such as paid social, paid search, or programmatic display.

  • Support senior team members and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Develop understanding of client categories and confidently share insights.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Build skills in brand and performance planning, with foundational knowledge in at least one digital media channel.
  • Utilize tools to track competitor activity and derive insights.
  • Establish effective working relationships across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of producing reports and presentations independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, managing expectations clearly.
  • Manage time effectively, meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure smooth account management processes, including campaign setup, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Support team initiatives and participate in training opportunities.
