Summary of our role

Reporting to the Social & Digital Lead, the Digital Account Manager will play a key role in understanding the business, developing healthcare communications skills, and leveraging social and digital strategies to elevate client communications.

A true team player, you will approach tasks with enthusiasm and a ‘can-do’ attitude, demonstrating a keen interest in industry trends and their practical application to our work.

Over time, you will build confidence in managing the smooth execution of designated projects while supporting the team and ensuring social and digital activities are integrated into broader communication strategies.

You should have a solid understanding of core social and digital platforms and their effective use in engaging diverse audiences, including advertising, content development, and insight mining for campaigns and new business opportunities.

Please note that this is a full-time permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement of two days from home. Our office is located in Kings Cross.

What you can expect to be doing:
  • Project Management: Oversee daily execution of social and digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a point of contact, providing updates and advice.
  • Digital Advertising & Analytics: Lead campaigns, conduct evaluations, and oversee social listening using tools like Google Keyword Planner and Semrush.
  • Strategic Insight & Advisory: Advise clients on social and digital trends and industry best practices.
  • Content & Campaign Development: Oversee creation of high-quality content tailored to platforms and audiences, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Support budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder & Industry Relationships: Develop relationships with industry experts, influencers, and partners to enhance campaigns.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on regulations (ABPI, PAGB, MHRA) and ensure adherence.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Keep up with emerging trends and share insights to foster innovation.
This role could be a great fit if you have:
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of social and digital platforms and their latest trends.
  • Experience with tools like Google Keyword Planner and Semrush.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Business Manager.
  • Experience with medical regulatory codes (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently.
