We’re a performance-driven, fully remote lead generation agency with 20 team members across 9 countries. We build, optimise, and scale lead generation campaigns that introduce prospective customers to ambitious companies.

We’re growing, expanding internationally, and evolving constantly — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment.

The Role

We’re seeking a full-time Digital Account Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines digital advertising and client success. You’ll support the Head of Marketing in managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns, while also maintaining relationships with key clients and coordinating campaign delivery with internal teams.

You will act as the daily liaison between client needs and our team’s deliverables — using data to inform decisions, identify issues early, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Marketing with Google Ads campaign adjustments and coordination
  • Engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address their needs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance and client retention
  • Coordinate daily with the Delivery Coordinator, Client Success Manager, and media buyers to ensure timely delivery of leads
  • Present reports, results, and insights to clients and internal teams
  • Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for the team
  • Monitor lead delivery platforms and flag issues promptly
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years’ experience with Google Ads campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Experience managing client relationships or internal stakeholders
  • Results-oriented with a passion for performance improvement
  • Ability to work remotely and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Looker Studio is advantageous
  • Experience in lead generation or performance marketing is a plus
  • Bonus: familiarity with lead delivery platforms like Cake or CRMs
  • Bonus: experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
