Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Hybrid work model – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote (even in your PJs!).

About You:

You’re strategic, adaptable, and a digital detective. You excel at turning client goals into high-performing media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels. You speak fluent CPC and prioritize ROAS. Clients love your approach, and your performance and timelines are impeccable.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage client relationships, understand their goals, and deliver results with a positive attitude.
  • Plan and execute cross-channel paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to optimize performance and innovate.
  • Create clear, engaging reports and insights from performance data.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Participate in campaign launches, reviews, and ongoing activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in digital media or client services, agency experience preferred but not essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Strong digital planning and reporting skills.
  • Passion for performance marketing and client success.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Personality and enthusiasm—bring your unique self!
