Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for client success and a strong background across SEO, PPC, and Social Media?

We’re working with a leading full-service digital agency based near Chester, currently seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a collaborative agency environment where innovation, insight, and impact drive everything they do. You'll be the strategic link between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring campaigns perform across all digital channels—with particular focus on SEO, paid media (PPC), and organic/paid social.

The Role:

As Digital Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, leading the strategic planning and execution of multichannel digital campaigns. You'll work closely with internal specialists across SEO, PPC, and Social, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, performance-led, and deliver measurable ROI.

This role balances client relationship management with a deep understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across SEO, PPC, and Social Media (paid and organic).

  • Collaborate with in-house specialists to align strategic goals and tactical delivery.

  • Interpret campaign performance data, prepare detailed reports, and communicate insights and recommendations clearly to clients.

  • Lead regular review meetings and performance updates with clients.

  • Contribute to pitches, proposals, and onboarding of new clients.

  • Stay current on industry trends and platform updates to ensure best-in-class strategies.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar client-facing digital marketing role, ideally within an agency environment.

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of

    SEO, Google Ads/PPC, and Social Media Marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage client expectations and build trust.

  • Analytical mindset – comfortable working with data and drawing actionable insights.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.

  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital tools.

  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
