Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Hybrid Vibes – 2 days a week in the office, 3 days wherever you work best (yes, even in your PJs… we won’t judge).

About You:

You’re part strategist, part plate-spinner, part digital detective. You get a buzz from turning client goals into high-performing media magic — across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. You speak fluent CPC and know that ROAS isn’t just a fancy acronym, it’s your north star. Clients love you, performance follows you, and timelines fear you.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

  • Being the go-to human for your clients – managing relationships, understanding their goals, and making things happen (with a smile).
  • Planning and executing cross-channel paid media campaigns like the multitasking legend you are.
  • Collaborating with our in-house brainiacs (search, social, programmatic specialists) to drive performance and innovation.
  • Turning performance data into digestible, delightful reports and actionable insights.
  • Keeping projects on track, timelines tight, and clients delighted – you're basically a campaign ninja.
  • Spotting opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or just generally making magic happen.
  • Playing a key part in new campaign kickoffs, post-campaign reviews, and everything in between.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • 3+ years in a digital media or client services role (agency-side ideal, but not essential if you're epic).
  • Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms (DV360? The Trade Desk? We like you already).
  • A confident grasp of digital planning and reporting – you know what works, and more importantly, why it works.
  • A love of clients, performance marketing, and organised chaos.
  • A can-do attitude, a killer eye for detail, and the ability to multitask like a caffeinated octopus.
  • A personality. (Seriously, bring your weird. We love weird.)
