Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Hybrid work environment – 2 days a week in the office, 3 days flexible (even in your PJs… we won’t judge).

About You:

You’re strategic, organized, and a digital detective. You thrive on transforming client goals into high-performing media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. Fluent in CPC and ROAS, you are client-loved, performance-driven, and deadline-oriented.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage client relationships, understand their goals, and deliver results with a positive attitude.
  • Plan and execute cross-channel paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with in-house specialists to boost performance and innovation.
  • Create reports and insights from performance data.
  • Keep projects on schedule, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Participate in campaign launches, reviews, and ongoing activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in digital media or client services (agency experience preferred but not required if highly skilled).
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • Strong digital planning and reporting skills.
  • Passion for clients and performance marketing.
  • Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
  • A unique personality and willingness to be yourself.
