This is a key role as part of the senior team at Skylab, working closely with lead and senior developers, digital strategists, senior project managers and account directors.

What We’re Looking For

Day to day routine

You will work closely with the Digital Account Director covering all aspects of the daily running and servicing of the account portfolio, your focus will be to assist in the following areas:

• Managing the day to day communications with key clients
• Feeding the studio with client requests
• Delving into the detail with invaluable reports
• Supporting the Account Director with client servicing and account development
• Helping the Studio Manager co-ordinate client requests

In your pursuit of excellence, you will need to have a high tolerance for Excel, Slack, JIRA, Google Sheets and online documents.

Education

If you have a degree, GREAT! More importantly, you need to have great attention to detail, determination, pride in your work, but more important than any of that… you need to really CARE about what YOU do!

Skills and Experience
