Digital Account Director

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing a range of key client accounts across various sectors, including household names within retail/ecommerce.

As a Client Director, you'll ensure successful digital delivery, overseeing end-to-end services from business strategy to tech, design, and growth optimisation. This is a role suited for someone eager to drive client success while working in a collaborative, exciting, and fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and grow existing key client accounts: Ensure commercial success and long-term relationships with clients.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to scope and deliver successful projects.
3. Support sales efforts by engaging with clients, writing proposals, and participating in pitches.
4. Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their development and career growth.
5. Work closely with senior leadership to ensure exceptional delivery and results across your portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. 8+ years’ experience working in Client Services roles, ideally in digital agencies.
2. A deep understanding of end-to-end digital delivery, including CMS, eCommerce, UX/UI, and tech platforms.
3. Proven experience in growing and retaining client accounts.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
5. A hands-on approach to leadership, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to a positive team culture.
6. A proactive and solutions-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering results and adding value to clients.
