As our Site Supervisor, you will supervise a team of operatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. You will conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster collaboration. Monitoring and managing team productivity to meet and exceed targets will be key. You will also conduct field visits to observe performance, provide on-the-job training, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. Additionally, you will manage schedules, optimize resource allocation, and resolve performance issues or conflicts within the team.
