Where will you be working?

With over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure, our Water and Wastewater Capital Project Delivery team focuses on delivering large-scale capital programs to keep water infrastructure resilient and environmentally sustainable.

What will you be doing?

As our Site Supervisor, you will supervise a team of operatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. You will conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster collaboration. Monitoring and managing team productivity to meet and exceed targets will be key. You will also conduct field visits to observe performance, provide on-the-job training, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. Additionally, you will manage schedules, optimize resource allocation, and resolve performance issues or conflicts within the team.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an R&M service or metering environment
  • Strong understanding of R&M systems, repair, and installation procedures
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication/data capture tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Technical aptitude
