The Company

The Package

  • Up to £40,000 per annum

  • Work from home days

The Role

  • Creating and managing specialist menus for individuals with complex food allergies.
  • Ensuring menus meet food standards requirements and are compliant with regulations.
  • Working with key individuals to agree menus that meet individual requirements.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and provide advice on nutrition and allergen management.
  • Working closely with the food development and procurement teams.
  • Supporting the operations team with nutritional and allergen advice.
  • Line manage a nutrition administrator.

The Requirements

  • Experience in allergen management and/or food nutrition.
  • Knowledge of allergen regulations and best practices related to allergen management.
  • Strong understanding of allergen risks and how to mitigate them in food production and service.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and educate catering teams effectively.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.

The Location

  • Midlands
  • A hybrid role with time spent in the office and out in the business.
