Job description

Vanrath are delighted to be partnering with HSCNI to recruit on their behalf an experienced and compassionate Paediatric Dietitian to join their team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based nutritional care for children with a range of complex medical needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while contributing to a dynamic, multidisciplinary team within the Trust. (Hybrid with virtual will also be considered for this role).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert dietetic care to paediatric inpatients and outpatients.

  • Manage your own clinical caseload, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.

  • Contribute to the development of paediatric nutrition policies and guidelines.

  • Support and mentor dietetic students and junior staff.

  • Offer cover within the wider Trust as needed.

Essential Criteria:

  • Dietetics Degree (UK recognised)
  • HCPC Registered
  • Member of BDA
  • Previous Dietetics experience (ideally within the UK)

Salary:
The salary on this role is in line with the HSCNI BAND 6 pay scale. (+pension & enhanced annual leave).
