What you will do:

  1. Provide advanced nutrition and dietetic care for clients with a wide range of complex gastroenterology conditions and offer oral nutrition support.
  2. Independently manage a designated caseload of patients with autonomy while maintaining responsibility for their dietetic treatment plans.
  3. Conduct thorough specialist assessments of patients, even those with highly complex conditions, using investigative and analytical skills.
  4. Recommend appropriate dietary actions, promote self-management, and ensure client-centred goals are achieved.
  5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent and effective nutrition services.
  6. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in line with professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. HCPC registration is required to ensure compliance with professional standards.

  3. Car Driving is preferable.
