Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a Dietetic Lifestyle Support Worker to provide dietetic support and administrative assistance within the Community Dietetic Team across GP settings in south Wales. You will use motivational interviewing to support healthy lifestyle changes and signpost to local services, travelling to GP surgeries as required.

Qualifikationen

• Provide dietetic support and administrative assistance to the Community Dietetic Team.
• Carry out organisational tasks as designated by the registered dietitian or administrative lead (e.g., audit, stock checks of resources).
• Carry out routine administrative tasks to support the community dietetic team (e.g., collect post, check stock of pumps, order as required).
• Plans and organises straightforward activities.
• Review dietetic care plans to optimise nutritional intake.

• Travel to GP surgeries to deliver the programme.
• Signpost to local services to support lifestyle change.
• Support the community dietetic team in day-to-day tasks.
