University Hospitals Of Derby And Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Dietetic Assistant Practitioner to join its forward-thinking dietetic team, providing part of the Dietetic Service with a rotation across acute nutrition support, gastroenterology and upper/lower GI surgery.
You will receive regular supervision and CPD opportunities to develop clinical skills, support patient pathways, and participate in projects within the team.
We are looking for a Dietetic Assistant Practitioner to join our forward thinking dietetic team.
You will be involved in providing part of the Dietetic Service with a variety of patients. This is a new role that will support an existing rotational specialist team who cover acute nutrition support, gastroenterology and upper/lower GI surgery.
You will be provided with regular supervision and CPD opportunities in order to develop your clinical skills. We are committed to improving our patient experience and clinical dietetic pathways and there will be opportunities to be involved with both current and new projects within the team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to undertake various tasks. You will need to have a flexible approach to work being able to adapt and prioritise according to the needs of the team.
