Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate about cars and customer service
• Expertise in diesel automotive repair, maintenance, and quality service
• Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Red Seal Certification is an asset but not required
• BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
• Ford Certified Diesel experience is an asset
• Strong background in diesel repair and maintenance, proficient with diagnostic tools
• Pride in workmanship and exceeding customer expectations

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time; Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat, 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Flat Rate $39-$45/hr (dependent on experience) + Production Bonus

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles
• Diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs
• Conduct safety inspections and road tests
• Communicate procedures and repairs to Service Advisors
• Follow safety regulations and company policies
