Diesel Technician

PFM Fleet Service is a rapidly growing and highest rated independent fleet service based out of Delaware, OH. We are in need of an experienced heavy duty technician with diagnostic and electrical skills. High hourly wages PLUS weekly performance bonuses possible up to an additional $2,150 per week on top of your hourly pay. We want to help you grow as we grow. Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Work will be performed in-shop and in field. Competence in aftertreatment, electrical repair and diagnostics is required. Aptitude test is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to work both in shop and occasionally in field.
• Electrical repair skills.
• Aftertreatment knowledge.
• Perform engine, transmission, driveline, chassis, and electrical diagnostics.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance on medium and heavy duty trucks. Job will require some work on light duty trucks and trailers.
• Effectively document repairs performed and input into shop management software.
• Communicate with advisor in a clear and professional manner.
• Job requires 5+ years experience, drug test, background check, and MVR check. Applicant must pass an aptitude test.
