COMPENSATION: $62,000-$120,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

1. Perform quality vehicle service maintenance and repairs using all available tools.
2. Conduct safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication, basic maintenance, and minor repairs as directed.
3. Collaborate with Service Consultants to communicate vehicle needs and repairs.
4. Work efficiently to complete vehicles promptly, utilizing lean production methods.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, operating professionally at all times.
6. Assist in maintaining shop equipment and tools, returning them after use.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.

1. Customer-oriented mindset.
2. Familiarity with the auto industry and Mercedes-Benz products is a plus but not required.
3. Experience with Sprinter brand vehicles is strongly preferred.
4. Enrolled in or completed technician training.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment.
6. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
7. Professional appearance and work ethic.
