Job Title: Entry Level Service Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
  • Read job orders, observe and listen to vehicle operation to determine malfunctions, and plan work procedures.
  • Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices on trucks; make necessary adjustments.
  • Tag warranty parts and returns to the warranty clerk.
  • Attend training classes and stay updated with factory technical bulletins.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
