Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on diesel maintenance experience or 6 years of relevant repair experience.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights greater than 4 feet.

We're looking for an experienced LEVEL A - Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet running strong and efficient—because when our trucks run, our impact grows. Pay up to $43/ hourly depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment.

  • Lead a team of skilled technicians

  • Review and interpret Vehicle Condition Reports and repair orders to take decisive action.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and operators to ensure equipment is performing at its best.

  • Accurately document repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job.

  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in your workspace, in compliance with OSHA and company regulations.

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

What You Bring:

  • A high school diploma or GED and 4+ years of hands-on diesel maintenance experience,
    OR 6 years of relevant repair experience.

  • A valid driver’s license.

  • Solid understanding of diagnostic tools, diesel systems, and preventive maintenance.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights greater than 4 feet.

  • A strong work ethic and collaborative spirit.
