Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer for diesel engines, primarily across the Midlands. You will diagnose faults, service diesel propulsion systems and manage ECU data on customer sites. Training is provided to support product knowledge and remote diagnostics capabilities.

The role is field based with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering a starting salary of £35,000 plus a company van and fuel card, with overtime, pension, private medical and other benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 (or higher) in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.
• Experience fault diagnostics on diesel engines and remote diagnostics.
• ECU familiarity and experience with servicing propulsion/electrical control systems.

Responsabilités

• Carry out fault diagnostics on diesel engines and propulsion systems.
• Download data and diagnose using ECU/diagnostic tools.
• Perform remote diagnostics and condition monitoring to identify faults.
• Work at customer sites in safety-critical environments and complete pre-employment checks.
