Job Description

London Museum aims to enrich the understanding and appreciation of London and its people—past, present, and future.

As a home for learning, exploration, and adventure, we aspire to be a force for good in London and for the world.

Our new Diary Management Coordinator will work directly with the Director of London Museum during a period of organizational transformation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a complex, well-known public organization. The next two years will be the most dynamic in the museum's history as we prepare to open our new museum at Smithfield.

The Diary Management Coordinator will manage the Director's schedule, facilitating access for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires someone well-networked internally and externally, skilled in scheduling, proactive in anticipating issues, and capable of resolving them calmly and efficiently with charm.

Previous museum experience is not required, nor are academic qualifications. We seek someone with experience supporting senior staff with complex diary requirements, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and strong influencing abilities.
