Qualifications

• A Healthcare Assistant with a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong commitment to high standards of care and patient experience.
• Meticulous and able to follow rigorous procedures in a dialysis setting.

Responsibilities

• Look after individual patients and prepare dialysis equipment for treatment.
• Monitor vital signs and assess, clean and redress catheter sites as required.
• Liaise with patients, relatives and visitors to the clinic.
• Keep equipment clean, stocked, stored safely and used efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Administer medication when required.
