Job summary

Evolution is seeking a highly analytical Diagnostics Project Analyst to join our healthcare consultancy team, with a focus on NHS diagnostic services transformation.

You will work with healthcare leaders to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support sustainable change, while collaborating with clinical and transformation teams in a hybrid Warrington-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of Pathology, Imaging, Physiological sciences and service improvement.
• Exposure to operational performance and transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with benefits realisation and service reviews.

Responsibilities

• Supporting reviews of NHS diagnostic services and operational performance.
• Analysing capacity, demand, productivity and pathway performance data.
• Conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops.
• Developing structured findings and recommendations.
• Creating executive-level reports and presentations.
• Working alongside clinical, operational and transformation teams.
• Helping clients understand root causes of performance challenges and identify realistic opportunities for improvement.
