About the role
Our pathology lab runs on a lot of connected technology: a lab information system, scanners, automations, servers and integrations with our cloud diagnostic platform. Many teams work on these systems. We need one person to own them.
As our Lab Systems Engineer, you'll be that owner. You'll keep the lab's systems available, up to date and well connected, and you'll make sure every change reaches the lab safely, with testing, validation and a rollback plan in place. You'll work with IT, information security, integration, product, technical support and our software suppliers, and bring their work together into one approach.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes ownership. It isn't a helpdesk role, and you won't need to be an expert in wet‑lab processes.
What you'll do
What you'll bring
It would be great if you also have: experience with digital pathology or medical imaging (whole slide scanners, DICOM, PACS), HL7 instrument integration, or SQL troubleshooting.
