Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to join our production team supporting the manufacture of innovative diagnostic products in a regulated environment. You will carry out production activities, manage materials, operate equipment, and ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards, with a focus on right-first-time results and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or laboratory environments.
• Strong quality and compliance mindset in a fast-paced setting.
• Good technical aptitude and confidence working with machinery or equipment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and perform under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with GMP or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manufacturing activities in line with production schedules and work instructions.
• Manage inventory and ensure materials are available for assigned work.
• Operate and maintain designated equipment, processes, or production areas.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and 'right first time'.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
