The role offers a Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm schedule with a salary in the £45,000–£55,000 range depending on experience. You’ll join a small, close-knit team with local parking and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven diagnostics and fault-finding ability.
• Strong mechanical hands-on experience.
• Solid wet belt experience.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Pride in workmanship.
• Reliable and good with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify problems.
• Carry out servicing, repairs and mechanical work.
• Tackle more involved diagnostic jobs.
• Carry out wet belt replacements.
• Identify root causes rather than just replacing parts.
• Complete work to a high standard with pride.
