Qualifications

• Fully qualified as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Rich experience in diagnostics or as a Master Technician.
• Current and Valid UK Driving Licence.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Mechanic within a well-respected Main Dealership, located in Droitwich, Worcestershire.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties:

- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- Interpreting Diagnostic Reports
- Providing guidance to junior technicians
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
- Regularly communicating with Service Advisors and Customers, with Repair requirements and time estimates.

Requirements:

- A Fully Qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Rich experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician, within a main dealer or independent garage.
- A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
- Preferably obtain an MOT Testing qualification.
- Dedicated and committed approach.

The salary of this role is up to £36,000 basic.

Hours of work in this Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role are Monday – Friday, 40-hour week with flexible working hours (3 shift rotas available).
