Diagnostic Technician

Salary: Up to £38,000 basic + £50,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (1 in 4 Saturdays on rota, paid as overtime)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out advanced diagnostic work and complex repairs
  • Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
  • Support and guide junior technicians with technical queries
  • Perform vehicle health checks and ensure all documentation is accurate
  • Maintain high workshop standards and promote a positive team culture
About You
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills using modern diagnostic tools
  • Confident working independently and supporting others when required
  • Committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Full UK driving licence
