Job summary

BCT Resourcing is seeking experienced Diagnostic Technicians for a new workshop in Snodland, UK. You will join a dedicated diagnostic centre that handles a variety of makes and models, with a culture that values collaboration and knowledge sharing over individual bonuses.

The role offers a basic salary up to £48,000, plus £3,000 for holding EV Level 4 qualification and an additional £3,000 after EV training. Monday to Friday, PAYE, holiday pay, pension and uniform are included.

We're building something different-and we're looking for experienced Diagnostic Technicians to be part of it from the beginning.

Our client already operates a successful Diagnostic Hub and is now expanding into a larger, purpose-built workshop. This is your chance to join a highly skilled team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence come first.
