Salary: up to £44,600 OTE (basic £36,000 to £38,000 depending on qualifications)
Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00 to 17:00 and alternate Saturdays 08:00 to 12:00
Our Ford Dealership in South Woodham Ferrers is recruiting for a Senior Technician to join their fantastic workshop. While working alongside a team of experienced technicians, you will play a vital role carrying out mechanical and electrical diagnosis to manufacturer guidelines, and liaising with the Master Technician for guidance when dealing with complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, motor industry experience (brand or non-brand), and a full and valid UK driving licence. You’ll be self-motivated while being able to support your team, ambitious and eager to learn, and able to work to and maintain the highest standards for all vehicles that come through our doors.
