This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Your Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving complex vehicle issues, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. You’ll work closely with the Service Advisor team to deliver a seamless and premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on a wide range of vehicles.

Utilise manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostic equipment.

Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate technical updates and repair progress.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For

MinimumLevel 3 qualificationin Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

VAG Diagnostic Certification(preferred).

Proven experience in a diagnostic or senior technician role.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.

Full UK driving licence (essential).
