Job summary

Stellantis & You UK in Croydon is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our Vauxhall Croydon workshop. You’ll diagnose faults, perform complex repairs, and ensure safe, reliable vehicle returns to customers.

You’ll work Mon-Fri late shift, earn a competitive salary up to £37,500 with an OTE of £45,000, and access our enhanced bonus scheme, sign-on bonus, and a range of company benefits. Training and career progression are supported.

Qualifications

• Qualified Technicians L3 IMI Diagnostic Technicians.
• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle faults
• Carry out complex repairs in line with manufacturer standards
• Use the latest diagnostic equipment and software
• Complete servicing, maintenance, and vehicle health checks
• Support and mentor other technicians when required
• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Maintain clear and accurate workshop documentation
• Deliver first‑time fixes and outstanding customer satisfaction
